Chad started helping Lon on job sites at a young age. He cleaned up and ran materials when needed. Although he didn't immediately follow in his father's footsteps, he has the love of woodworking in his blood. His passion for the craft has always been on his mind and a hobby throughout the years. He and his wife Jennifer moved back to Ohio a few years back in order to carry on the legacy that Lon created as Village Carpentry. Chad now focuses his carpentry skills in woodworking, handyman repairs, remodeling, and general construction needs for his customers. Chad is meticulous in detail and very talented with solutions and woodworking, allowing for beautifully custom finished projects and satisfied customers. Chad is also well known for cleaning up the job site daily, in order to make remodeling projects as pleasant and non-invasive as possible for the customer.

Lon, the former owner, has passed the torch to his son Chad Miller, continuing the legacy of craftsmanship in the family business. With a career that began in 1975, Lon become a respected figure in the industry. His extensive experience and dedication to quality make him a sought-after carpenter, and he remained committed to learning and enhancing his skills every year, now passing that knowledge and skills on to Chad. Lon's name is synonymous with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional carpentry craftmanship.
